Pendampingan Alih Media Rekam Medis (Paper Based) Menuju Rekam Medis Elektronik

Information system technology has encouraged and influenced the health services needed in order to meet society’s demands for health service. The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) functions to help improve service quality and patient satisfaction. Medical records are the most important part of SIMRS which contain data on the patient's health history from birth to the present. However, because the current system in Indonesia regarding health information is not yet integrated and not fully supported by Information Technology, patient data is fragmented and divided depending on the place where they first received health services. Assistance in transferring media to electronic medical records, which was attended by 7 people by demonstrating how to transfer media from manual medical records to electronic medical records, was able to increase knowledge by 58.3%. To ensure the success of electronic medical records, demonstrations are carried out starting from manually sorting medical record forms that need to be scanned, simulating how to save files so they are easy to identify and importing image files over RME media.
