Abstract

Human resources are one of the important components in an organization, including hospitals (FKTL). The existence of human resources must be planned and managed properly. The implementation of this implementation was carried out at the Gotong Royong Hospital in Surabaya in August 2024. Community service activities were carried out by delivering socialization of the calculation of medical record HR needs based on the results of interviews and observations of activities in the medical record unit of the Gotong Royong Hospital in Surabaya. The implementation of the calculation of TPPRJ HR at the Gotong Royong Hospital in Surabaya found that the working time available in one year was 86,940 minutes. The determination of work units and HR categories in the TPPRJ unit is inputting new and old patients, patient fingerprints, printing SEP/stickers, and patient education with a total time requirement of 10 minutes. The calculation of the standard workload is 8,694. The standard allowance is 0.04 from meeting and training activities. The final calculation result of TPPRJ HR needs is the addition of 5 HR.
